I tried to keep this Pro CCF as simple as possible for easy day-to-day use. It has very distinct buttons for each device. I also made the buttons as large as possible to accommodate large fingers. I will put together a gallery of buttons as soon as I can. This is and updated CCF to my original from 9/1/02. I've included channel icons (some original), CD covers (macros for my changer) and an improved Denon screen.

Based on Scott's Popcorn Trek design. After trying many many designs with & without fancy graphics, this layout proved to be the most practical & fastest to navigate. I altered the original panels to all black, as the grey tended to be hard to read. My goal was to be able to jump from any device to any other device with the minimum number of button presses, and to avoid useless jumping back and forth between menus. Based on Australian TV/FoxSat stations, with as many discrete codes as I could find.

I am getting quite busy... don't have enough free time to design CCFs. Here's a design that isn't 100% done, but I thought since I wouldn't complete them soon, I'd give you what I have. This CCF is desinged like the Philips website. This is in honor of those that made this product. Some new button designs, MUST SEE ON THE REMOTE. The 2D pics don't show what it looks like on the remote. See the attached notepad to find out what needs to be completed.

This is my latest attempt at creating an easy yet fun interface for the ProntoPro. This system uses smart-tabs, you always have access to the devices by selecting either the 'equipment' or 'macros' tabs on the far left and right of the screen.

Thanks to everyone I borrowed from, combined with some new custom BMP's this contains basic and advanced controls for a DVD, VCR, AMP, and Digital Cable. This is Version 2 without frames and tabs, and includes Surf Icons for BC/Shaw Canadian channels. Setup for easy access (Wife).

This is a CCF I did just for the fun of it. It has a totally new set of graphic based on computer circuit boards and the components on them. One of the things I wanted to show is that even though the Pronto only has 4 colors, you can have 7 grays by dithering. Includes the same devices as the file above as well as a gallery file.

This is a complete system CCF based on Andy Merrill's Blob 'n' Bar CCF, which has good contrast for the B&W screen with large buttons. This CCF also includes a full keyboard for the HTPC.

Here's my new KISS system ccf. No, not the band. "Keep It Simple Stupid" is my new take on this interface. Nothing but windows style buttons, focusing on function rather than form. Now my 7 year old can put his cartoons on without dad's help. The Sat guide function remains the same for its unbeatable surfing interface. If you haven't tried it, you really should. Surfing through the guide menu without the need to look at the remote is a priceless perk. All hard buttons do the work.
